When Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is enabled, login is slightly more complicated, but it is much more secure. Not only do you login as usual with a username/email and password, but you then have to prove it is yourself by entering a code that changes constantly.

You either get the code from a 2FA app, or it is emailed to you. You can decide which you prefer when you enable 2FA.

In addition, you can use the second link to generate a list of 10 codes that you can use if email etc fails. You would only use these in that situation. They are not for everyday use.
