Dr Ronald Blythe CBE

We are saddened to hear that our oldest member, Dr Ronald Blythe CBE, passed away on 14 January 2023. He died peacefully at home. We were honoured to have received the support of such a respected writer over the years.

In November 2022, SPS celebrated his 100^th birthday with a day of events about his life and work and a showing of Akenfield.
